From time to time the Commission makes observations and recommendations in its Annual Report on topics of special interest. It does so for public education purposes, to advise the judiciary so that potential misconduct may be avoided, and pursuant to its authority to make administrative and legislative recommendations.
Commission representatives also make public statements and presentations to legislative committees, judicial associations, bar associations and other governmental, civic and educational organizations. Some of those statements are also available here.
